1. Exchange Policy
EduSquadz offers an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds as part of our commitment to ensuring the proper use and installation of our products. Exchanges will only be considered under the following conditions:
Eligible Products:
Products that arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the original order.
Products that have not been used or tampered with and remain in their original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Exchange Process:
Customers must notify EduSquadz within *48 hours* of receiving the product via sales@edusquadz.com.
EduSquadz will review the request, and upon approval, arrange a *free pick-up* of the product. EduSquadz reserves the right to *inspect and verify* the condition of the product before any exchange is approved.
EduSquadz is under no obligation to exchange any product if the issue is found to be due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized tampering.
Product Inspection:
EduSquadz reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the product before approving an exchange. If the product fails to meet our exchange criteria, the request will be denied.
Unavailable Products:
In the event the requested replacement product is unavailable, EduSquadz will provide an alternative product of equivalent or higher value, based on availability. No refund will be provided under such circumstances.
2. Shipping Policy
Free Shipping:
EduSquadz provides *free shipping* on all orders across India. Delivery timelines range between *3 to 7 business days*, depending on the customer's location.
Tracking Information:
Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a *tracking number* via email or SMS, allowing them to monitor the shipment’s progress through our website or courier partners.
Delivery Delays:
While EduSquadz strives to deliver all orders in a timely manner, certain factors such as adverse weather conditions, national holidays, strikes, or high volumes may cause unavoidable delays. EduSquadz is not liable for any delays caused by these external factors.
Non-Deliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable due to *incorrect address details* or *unavailability of the customer, EduSquadz will make a maximum of **two re-attempts* to deliver the package. After this, the package will be returned to the warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Dispute Resolution:
